About the Author
Igor Klibanov was selected as one of the top 5 personal trainers in Toronto by the Metro News newspaper on June 3, 2010. He is the founder and owner of Fitness Solutions Plus, a personal training and fitness/health education company. Igor began training in martial arts at a young age, and enjoyed learning about movement and the human body enough to pursue a degree in kinesiology and health science from York University. Graduating in 2009, he worked as a personal trainer for a country club and community centre, before founding Fitness Solutions Plus in early 2010. Currently, only 3 years since founding Fitness Solutions Plus, he has been able to train a number of local TV personalities, CEOs of well known organizations, and delivered fitness education seminars at many well-known companies, including Investors Group, Sunlife, Soberman LLC. Jam packed with all you need to know

Igor Klibanov's book will appeal to all those fitness buffs out there. It is jam packed with information and although technical is supplemented with easy to understand helpful visuals and flow charts for those who retain information on a visual level. Igor's approach to fitness is individualized while taking into account all the variables that there are within the human body. Bullet points make each section easy to understand.
Whether you are in the fitness industry or just dabbling with the occasional visit to the gym, you need to read this book. Igor draws from his experiences as well as his years of training and dedication to giving his clients what they need to progress and this comes through in the book.You will no doubt find answers to the fitness questions that have been baffling you as you read through these pages.

I have read the book its OK

I have always been intimidated by structured exercise programs. Maybe it is because I am as uncoordinated as they come. I hope this book will encourage me to do something. Considering that I will be doing it at home with out an audience, I think I can get somewhere with improving my body. Everyone should try to do something. Try it what have you got to lose, maybe you can gain something.
